I have now had varios sessions with Antonio. From the first session I already felt taller, more in alignment and even lighter when I walked. What I always thought was a muscular issue from years of sports was really an issue with my structural alignment which then caused my pain in my lower back, knees and feet. Antonio has a very extensive knowledge in his specialties (structural alignment and myofascial release) and has a very kind and comprehensive demeanor which makes me feel extremely comfortable during our sessions. An added bonus is that he speaks perfect English and we are able to communicate in a very clear and concise way where I understand the whole process.

I recently had my first fascia treatment with Antonio in Spain. I had previous problems with hips and my wrist in particular. All have improved considerably after just one session but in particular my wrist has much less pain and far greater flexibility. I now need to search for a similar therapist in Ireland but if you get the opportunity to visit Antonio don't think about it just do it.. That's the best advice I can give.
